"Part of Ascend Healthcare, Trails House is a residential treatment center for adolescent boys' ages 12-17 struggling with primary mental health and/or substance use disorder. The Trails program is based on the idea that most adolescents who are struggling with acute mental health illnesses have been affected by a traumatic incident. Their trauma-informed approach addresses and treats underlining trauma that may be contributing to the condition.
